For those interested in beginning meditation, this introductory class will give answers to questions including: What is Zen? Where does it come from? How do you “do” it? What you do with your body and with your mind in meditation? How can meditation can be helpful in everyday life? And how can we establish and stick with a meditation practice either in our own homes or with a local group?
