Come enjoy and evening class on the basics of meditation, both sitting meditation from the Zen tradition, and ways to weave moments of peace and spaciousness into our everyday lives from Mindfulness practices. This is a good introduction for anyone wanting to just know “how to sit,” and for those who also want to know how reduce stress and tension in our busy lives with tools from these traditions.
