Sangha circle is an opportunity to get to know each other better and to enliven our practice together. We have taken as our focus the broad question: How is our sitting practice informing our lives – all aspects of our lives, wherever the broad questions takes us.
In addition to this stated focus which guides us, we begin and end with silence and the bell – our family tools. We use the “talking” stick as a means of sharing and listening and maintaining a non-judging attitude and atmosphere. We take joint responsibility for maintaining the group and creating additional guidelines to help us.
We generally meet every other Sunday at 11:30 am after the talk. The dates sometimes need to be adjusted in relation to other scheduled events.
Drop-ins are welcome to join the rich stream of reflection and dialogue. There is no fee.
